Oh and btw, since you mentioned Bodrum, I have a little anecdote:
My friend got a message from a turkish family he used to stay with during the time he worked in Turkey. He lost contact to them and tried to find them for years, but it wasn't until he finally joined Facebook that they found him and wrote to him, using Babelfish translator to translate into English. So the message went along the lines of: "We are all well, but grandma is a bit ill, so she's staying in the cellar. It's quite nice there, but there are many tourists, which is a pity, but she's in a more quiet part of the cellar."
For two days he was wondering "What?? Why's she in the cellar??? And why are there tourists in the cellar??? O___O" until it finally dawned on him that Babelfish translated BODRUM into CELLAR. XDDDD
